About The Position

Ruan is hiring Class A CDL drivers in Madison, Wisconsin, to transport essential industrial and medical gases for a dedicated customer. Drivers operate specialized cryogenic tankers carrying liquid oxygen, nitrogen, and argon in late-model day-cab trucks. Specialized tanker training is available, including help obtaining hazmat and tanker endorsements if the driver initiates the endorsement process upon hire. The role offers home-daily routes, a consistent schedule, and at least two consecutive days off. Average earnings are $1,900 per week and $100,000 or more per year. Compensation includes $0.6425 per mile, $29 per stop, and $29 per hour for detention. Drivers may earn an additional $6,000–$10,000 annually through shift differentials, up to $2,040 per year in safety bonuses, and an additional per-mile longevity incentive after three years. Pay is weekly.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL.
At least 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
Hazmat and tanker endorsements are required; Ruan may provide training to help obtain them if the driver initiates the endorsement process upon hire.
Clean driving record.
DOT Medical card.
Able to work weekends.
Reliable and safety-focused.
Drivers with SAP status are not eligible.
