About The Position

This role involves operating crushing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets, monitoring plant performance, performing routine inspections and basic maintenance, and identifying and reporting equipment issues to minimize downtime. Requirements

  • Ability to operate and monitor crushing equipment safely and effectively
  • Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to following procedures
  • Capability to identify mechanical issues and communicate them promptly
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills in a fast‑paced environment
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and readiness to learn plant processes
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Responsibilities

  • Operate crushing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets
  • Monitor plant performance and make adjustments to maintain material quality
  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure reliable operation
  • Identify and report equipment issues to minimize downtime
  • Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture
