About The Position

This role involves performing maintenance, repair, labor, and operation of a crushing plant to support crushing operations. Duties include clean-up, oiling, lubrication, and miscellaneous repairs. The position also requires participation in quality control to meet specifications and may involve operating equipment such as a loader or skid steer. A strong emphasis is placed on adhering to all safety policies and procedures to prevent unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of crusher operation, conveyor system and construction equipment
Equipment operator skills and experience helpful
Positive attitude and the ability to work well with others and follow directions
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime
Ability to travel, if necessary, within several Portland / Metro Locations
Must pass criminal background check, drug screen, physical and functional capacities testing upon job offer

Responsibilities
