Agents provide customer service, help clients research and coordinate cruise options, answer questions about destinations, ships, and travel requirements, and communicate with cruise suppliers about reservations and booking details. They maintain accurate client and booking records, stay informed about cruise promotions and supplier updates, and assist clients before and after their cruises.

Requirements
