The agent assists clients with cruise-related inquiries, coordinates cruise vacations, and provides support throughout the cruise planning and booking process. The role includes researching and coordinating cruise options, answering client questions, communicating with cruise suppliers, keeping booking records accurate, and assisting clients before and after their cruises. Previous customer service, travel, or cruise-planning experience is helpful but not required.
