Requirements

  • Clearances. State Police; FBI clearance; child abuse clearance; CPSL Mandated Reporter-Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training; any additional background checks/clearances required by state governing bodies.
  • Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
  • 2 Years Required – Experience working in a Human Services field.
  • Master’s in human services or related required.

Responsibilities

  • Assure that all staff under his/her supervision carry out assignments in a manner that is consistent with the philosophy and goals of Pressley Ridge and the program to which they are assigned.
  • Provide day to day leadership and assist the Program Director in assuring that the staff provide ongoing quality services and are in compliance with applicable licensing and regulatory expectations.
  • Ensure that staff members are competent and committed to the agency values and principles.
  • Participate in the recruitment, interviewing and training of potential new employees.
  • Facilitates meetings with staff, at least on a bi-weekly basis or as defined by regulatory expectations, and other departmental meetings.
  • Reviews program specific paperwork to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of all treatment and service plans for clients and their families.
  • Ensure program supervision is provided to staff.
  • Maintain collaborative working relationship with referral sources and other providers and agencies.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled in-service programs at the agency.
