About The Position

Unifi is seeking a Cross Utilized Agent to provide customer service to airline passengers throughout arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and other inquiries or complaints. No experience is required, and paid training is provided. The role supports passengers with a range of needs, including unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers, and passengers requiring wheelchair assistance, and helps ensure a safe and positive airport experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport, state, or customs requirements.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Must be able and willing to work outdoors in weather that may include severe seasonal elements.
• Must be able to constantly lift up to 70 pounds and more, push, pull, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, reach out, and grasp; and frequently climb and crawl.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist passengers through arrival and check-in, including passengers with special needs, unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers, and passengers needing wheelchair assistance.
• Use a computerized system to handle ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage service, reservations, and related complaints or problems.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents in making wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags available for loading on departure and delivery to passengers on arrival.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through all areas of the airport.
• Follow safety procedures, policies, and company operational standards.
• Complete work safely and securely.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents and potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the skills, experience, and capabilities expected for the position.
