About The Position
Mom & Pop's is a community staple restaurant and convenience store located in Leesville, SC. The location is a local landmark, with a following of regular customers. We're looking for a customer service focused leader that is committed to growing with our winning team. We are hiring a person who is willing to be cross-trained. This individual will need to be flexible and willing to work as either a cook or a cashier, depending on the needs of the store.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ to apply
- Weekend Availability
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Preparing food
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Ensuring food safety
- Receiving payments
- Issuing receipts
- Counting money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of the shift
- Greeting customers
- Maintaining a clean and orderly area
- Answering customers’ questions
- Bagging items sold
- Giving top customer service
- Working alongside teammates and continuing the positive team and work environment
