About The Position

Mom & Pop's is a community staple restaurant and convenience store located in Leesville, SC. The location is a local landmark, with a following of regular customers. We're looking for a customer service focused leader that is committed to growing with our winning team. We are hiring a person who is willing to be cross-trained. This individual will need to be flexible and willing to work as either a cook or a cashier, depending on the needs of the store.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ to apply
• Weekend Availability (required)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Preparing food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food safety.
• Receiving payments, issuing receipts, and counting money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of the shift.
• Greeting customers, maintaining a clean and orderly area, answering customers’ questions, and bagging items sold.
• Giving top customer service.
• Working alongside teammates and continuing the positive team and work environment.
