Administrative Information Technology Services (AITS) supports the University's mission by providing essential computing hardware, software, data, and communication resources. This position is a flexible member of the AITS Support team, responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting Help Desk issues, providing first and second level technical support, assisting with equipment and software upgrades and maintenance, and documenting all work using the call tracking system. The role also involves close collaboration with the network team to prepare workstations and provide technical support for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and all end-users within the AITS Support area.
