About The Position
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a Minnesota school district to recruit a qualified Cross-Categorical Special Education Teacher for a full-time K–1 position during the 2026–2027 school year. This opportunity is ideal for an educator who enjoys working with early elementary students and brings a collaborative, adaptable approach to meeting diverse learning needs. The selected teacher will provide specialized instruction tailored to students’ academic, behavioral, and developmental goals while maintaining a structured and supportive classroom environment. You’ll collaborate with paraprofessionals, general education teachers, related service providers, and families to implement individualized learning strategies, monitor student progress, and promote positive participation across educational settings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Valid Minnesota teaching license with the appropriate Special Education endorsement for the assignment.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organization skills.
- Strong teamwork skills.
