About The Position
The lead CRO technicians work directly with supervisors and technicians they lead. They mentor employees to encourage technician growth and compliance. The purpose of the lead position is to help set priorities in the shop and assign tasks to ensure a good workflow of shop.
Responsibilities
- Working billable customer jobs
- Provide training and mentorship to technicians
- Power BI and fielding customer service questions from customers
- Return to service shop items
