About The Position

SPORTSMED is seeking an experienced, full-time mid-level provider (CRNP or PA-C) for openings in the specialties of Total Joint/Sports Medicine as well as Foot and Ankle. Occasional travel may be required to satellite locations. Orthopedic experience is strongly preferred. We are a high-growth orthopedic practice looking for an experienced, motivated Advanced Practice Provider with surgical experience who thrives in a supportive, collaborative, and patient-focused environment.

Requirements

• PA-C or CRNP with experience in orthopedics, trauma, or similar surgical subspecialties
• Someone who is proactive, steady under pressure, and committed to high-quality patient care
• A strong communicator who enjoys teamwork and contributes positively to the practice culture
• A high-energy clinician who thrives in a fast-moving but supportive environment

Nice To Haves

• Orthopedic experience is strongly preferred
• Surgical experience

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate patient care across outpatient and inpatient settings
• Serve as first-assist for surgeries with frequent hands-on involvement
• Review imaging, develop care plans, and coordinate smooth patient flow
• Deliver clear, compassionate communication with patients and families
• Work closely with a surgeon and team who value partnership, respect, and shared decision-making
