About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join an established physician-led organization in Providence, RI. This role offers a unique independent CRNA practice model with a high degree of autonomy, no call, no nights, weekends, or holidays, and flexible scheduling. The Specialty Alliance is a Management Services Organization (MSO) that supports leading specialty practices with national-scale infrastructure, data, and resources. Their partnership model preserves clinical autonomy while enabling responsible growth and high-quality specialty care nationwide.
Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
