About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at the Specialty Alliance Ambulatory Surgery Center in San Antonio, TX. This is a Per Diem (PRN) position where you will work collaboratively with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff to provide superior care. The role offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus, and features no call, no nights, no weekends, and no holidays. You will practice independently with a high degree of autonomy in a 2-room setting, primarily focusing on outpatient GI procedures. The center operates with a 7 am first case start and fosters a close-knit atmosphere with an excellent Chief CRNA. This is an all-CRNA model position.
Requirements
- CRNA Eligible state license
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
