About The Position
Part-time 1099 CRNA needed for an eye center in Fort Smith. The role involves assisting with eye surgeries, primarily cataracts, and requires comfort with Peribulbar and Retrobulbar blocks. The schedule is 3 days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with a 6-hour per day guarantee, though cases usually conclude around the 5-hour mark. The center handles 10-14 cases per day and works with very nice and proficient surgeons.
Requirements
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- NBCRNA certification
- AR license
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for eye surgeries, focusing on cataracts.
- Perform Peribulbar and Retrobulbar blocks.
- Work 3 days a week (Tue, Wed, Thurs) from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Manage 10-14 cases per day.
