About The Position

Jefferson Healthcare is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their per diem team. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering flexibility and a premium rate of $2,000 per shift. The CRNA will work exclusively at a Critical Access Hospital, utilizing the Epic EMR system, and providing anesthesia services across a wide range of specialties including general surgery, OBGYN (including c-sections), urology, orthopedics, ENT, pulmonology, dermatology, endoscopy, plastics, and hand procedures. Jefferson Healthcare is an award-winning healthcare system located in Port Townsend, WA, serving over 33,000 residents. It is a DNV-accredited, 5-star rated, 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with six rural health clinics and a broad range of specialty services.

Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Minimum of three years of experience
Strong background in a variety of anesthesia techniques, including general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, and nerve blocks
Expertise covering procedures for general surgery, orthopedics (including total joints), OBGYN, and more.

Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia services across a wide range of specialties, including general surgery, OBGYN (including c-sections), urology, orthopedics, ENT, pulmonology, dermatology, endoscopy, plastics, and hand procedures.
Work exclusively at Jefferson Healthcare's Critical Access Hospital.
Utilize the Epic EMR system for patient care.
