About The Position

Nuvia Dental Implant Center is seeking a skilled PRN CRNA to join their team in Riverside, CA. This growing full arch dental implant center focuses on providing life-changing dental implant treatments and full mouth restorations. The CRNA will work autonomously in partnership with an Oral Surgeon, administering general anesthesia with nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants in an office-based setting. The role emphasizes patient safety, efficient time management, and contributing to a positive, engaging culture. This is an opportunity to provide 100% autonomy in a solo practice setting, changing patients' lives with new smiles.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
Valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Current state licensure as an APRN
Current ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
Ability to obtain and maintain Professional malpractice insurance
Two years experience practicing as a CRNA
One year experience practicing independently as a solo provider
Recent experience providing general anesthesia
Proficient in nasal intubations
Experience delivering anesthesia in an outpatient facility and/or surgery center

Responsibilities

Administer general anesthesia with a nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants in an office based setting
Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop and implement anesthesia plans
Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines
Perform pre-operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risks
Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses and any adverse events
Stay up to date with evidence-based research in anesthesia techniques, medications and equipment
