About The Position

The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated CRNA to join their anesthesia team at the Ambulatory Surgery Center in San Antonio, TX. This is a float position within a large, advanced private practice group, focused on providing superior care and collaborating with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff. The role offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus, and features no call, no nights, no weekends, and no holidays. It operates under an independent CRNA practice model, allowing for a flexible schedule and a high degree of autonomy. The CRNA will provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures, conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations, manage airway and anesthesia administration, monitor patients during procedures and recovery, and collaborate with the healthcare team while maintaining compliance with clinical and safety standards.

Requirements

• CRNA Eligible state license
• Excellent communication skills
