About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join an advanced private practice group's anesthesia team. This role involves providing superior care in collaboration with CRNAs, Physicians, and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) staff. The position offers an independent CRNA practice model with a high degree of autonomy, focusing on outpatient procedures. The Specialty Alliance is a physician-led Management Services Organization (MSO) that supports leading specialty practices with national-scale infrastructure, data, and resources, preserving clinical autonomy while enabling responsible growth and high-quality specialty care nationwide.
Requirements

- Eligible state license
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
