About The Position
Anesthesia team seeks a CRNA who can exercise independent judgment and nursing actions while effectively utilizing an interdisciplinary approach to provide anesthesia care. This is an inpatient opportunity with an established anesthesia team, involving approximately 200 surgical cases per month. The role includes on-call responsibilities.
Requirements
- Active BLS & ACLS certifications
- Active, unrestricted NC state medical license
- 3 Current References
Responsibilities
- Must be proficient in epidural placement, including labor epidurals
- Comfortable with spinals/ITN in obese patients and pediatric cases
- Perform anesthesia for general, orthopedic, urology, gynecological
- Occasional moderate procedural sedation in the ER
- No code response and no ER backup responsibilities
