About The Position
Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a team-orientated CRNA to join our growing team at Southwest Medical Center in Lawton, Oklahoma. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly integrated two-hospital system under Comanche County Memorial Hospital, offering strong clinical collaboration, stability, and autonomy across both sites. The position offers a $350,000 annual salary (1099) for a non-call spot with 8 weeks off and a $20,000 sign-on bonus. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 0700-1500, in a CRNA-only team model with two providers on-site daily. Cases are all elective, mainly GI and Dental Peds, with very occasional Peds ENT cases. Out-of-grid compensation is provided.
Requirements
- Board Certified Eligible
- Eligible for Oklahoma licensure
- Comfortable practicing independently in a team-based environment
Responsibilities
- Practice independently in a team-based environment.
- Provide anesthesia care for elective cases, primarily GI and Dental Peds, with occasional Peds ENT cases.
