About The Position

The Specialty Alliance Endoscopy Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their Ambulatory Surgery Center anesthesia team. This role involves providing superior care and working collaboratively with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff in a large, advanced private practice group. The position offers a flexible, independent practice model with a high degree of autonomy, and options for both 1099 and W-2 per diem arrangements. The CRNA will be responsible for providing anesthesia care for outpatient procedures, conducting pre-anesthesia evaluations, managing airways and anesthesia administration, monitoring patients throughout procedures and recovery, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Compliance with clinical and safety standards is essential. The Specialty Alliance is a physician-led Management Services Organization (MSO) that supports leading specialty practices with national-scale infrastructure, data, and resources, preserving clinical autonomy while enabling growth and high-quality care.

Requirements
