About The Position

Nuvia Dental Implant Center is seeking a skilled CRNA to join our team in Conroe, TX. We specialize in providing life-changing dental implant treatments and full mouth restorations. Our primary focus is patient satisfaction and well-being, and we take pride in the positive impact our procedures have on our patients' lives. This is a 1099 contractor position, offering a competitive hourly rate starting at $260, negotiable based on market, with a daily guarantee. The schedule is two days per week, typically Monday/Tuesday or Wednesday/Thursday, with reporting at 6:30 am for surgeries starting at 7 am. We value efficiency, self-motivation, and a top priority on patient safety. While experience with general anesthesia and nasal intubations under TIVA is preferred, training is available for the right candidate. Our CRNAs are respected leaders in a positive and engaging work environment, enjoying a great work-life balance with no nights, weekends, call, or holidays. This role offers 100% autonomy in a solo practice setting, with 12 days off per year. You will have the opportunity to change people's lives by providing them with a new smile shortly after surgery.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience practicing as a CRNA
  • One year experience practicing independently as a solo provider
  • Recent experience providing general anesthesia
  • Proficient in nasal intubations
  • Experience delivering anesthesia in an outpatient facility and/or surgery center
  • Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
  • Valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Current state licensure as an APRN
  • Current ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Professional malpractice insurance

  • Experience with dental anesthesia
  • Experience delivering anesthesia in an office-based setting
  • Experience with general anesthesia with nasal intubations, under TIVA

Responsibilities

  • Administer general anesthesia with a nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants in an office based setting
  • Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop and implement anesthesia plans
  • Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines
  • Perform pre-operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risks
  • Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses and any adverse events
  • Stay up to date with evidence-based research in anesthesia techniques, medications and equipment
