Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical and procedural cases. This role offers a dynamic and autonomous practice environment where CRNAs are valued as integral members of the anesthesia care team.

Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
  • Current RN and APRN licenses in the state of Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
  • BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to hire).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a hospital or surgical center setting is preferred but not required—new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations, develop anesthesia care plans, and administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
  • Monitor patients throughout anesthesia administration, ensuring optimal safety and comfort.
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Manage post-anesthesia recovery, including pain management and patient education.
  • Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Adhere to best practices and hospital protocols to enhance patient outcomes.
