CRNA, Full-Time - Grafton, WI
About The Position
We are seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our growing anesthesia team supporting Advocate Health's practice at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton, WI. This position offers a competitive compensation range of $121-$159/hour, with no call, weekends, or holidays required. Additionally, there are guaranteed opportunities for extra shifts with premium pay. The role operates under an ACT Practice Model and includes 30 days of PTO, 40 hours of CME, and a $2,250 annual CME allowance. There is also an opportunity to rotate through multiple ambulatory surgery center (ASC) locations associated with the Grafton practice.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
- Current or eligible Wisconsin RN license.
- Current or eligible Wisconsin Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure, if applicable.
- Current NBCRNA certification or eligibility for certification.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications, or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Experienced CRNAs and upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of procedural and surgical settings.
- Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout procedures.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing teams, and other clinical professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in post-anesthesia evaluations and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Adhere to Advocate Health quality, safety, and patient-centered care standards.
