About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at the Waterford, CT location. This role involves providing superior care and collaborating with CRNAs, Physicians, and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) staff. The position offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus, and features no call, no nights, no weekends, and no holidays. It operates under a flexible scheduling model with an independent CRNA practice model, allowing for a high degree of autonomy. The CRNA will be responsible for providing anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures, conducting pre-anesthesia evaluations, managing airways and anesthesia administration, monitoring patients throughout procedures and recovery, and collaborating with the healthcare team while maintaining compliance with clinical and safety standards.
Requirements
- CRNA Eligible state license
