About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at an Ambulatory Surgery Center. This role involves providing superior care and collaborating with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff in a large, advanced private practice group. The position offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus, and operates under an independent CRNA practice model with a high degree of autonomy. The CRNA will provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures, conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations, manage airways and anesthesia administration, monitor patients during procedures and recovery, and collaborate with the healthcare team while maintaining compliance with clinical and safety standards.
