About The Position
Somnia Anesthesia is seeking CRNAs to join their growing team at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, NY. This is a clinician-led, physician-owned anesthesia group focused on clinician professional development. The practice environment at Nassau University Medical Center includes 10 ORs, 533 beds, L1 Trauma, and approximately 8,200 annual cases. The case mix includes OB/Trauma/Neuro/Ortho, with no hearts or healthy pediatrics. The practice operates under a care team model with a collaborative and inviting work style.
Requirements
- Active NY license
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- BLS certification
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia in a care team model.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Manage patient care during surgical procedures.
- Participate in OB deliveries, trauma cases, neurological cases, and orthopedic cases.
