About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at the Specialty Alliance Ambulatory Surgery Center in Lubbock, TX. This role involves providing superior care and collaborating with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff in a large, advanced private practice setting. The position offers a flexible, independent CRNA practice model with a high degree of autonomy, focusing on outpatient GI procedures.
Requirements
- CRNA Eligible state license
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
