CRNA (Nurse Anesthetist)
About The Position
This is a Locum Tenens position for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) specializing in General anesthesia. The role is based in Camp Hill, PA, within an outpatient service setting, focusing on clinical duties only. The coverage period is from July 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with a supplemental reason for coverage. The shift schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5:30 PM. The facility is a Level II Trauma Center and uses the Cerner EMR system, transitioning to Epic on October 31, 2026. The average daily patient volume is between 2-12 cases, including a diverse case mix such as Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head Spine, Neuro, Pediatric, Regional, and Thoracic procedures. The CRNA will provide anesthesia services for various surgical cases and support ECT procedures, while maintaining compliance with overtime approval policies.
Requirements
- Board Certified (BC)
- Licensed in PA or IMLC
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- Ability to perform Spinal Anesthesia
- Ability to perform Aline Insertion
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical cases
- Provide support for ECT procedures.
- Maintain compliance with department administrative policies regarding overtime approval.
