About The Position

Somnia Anesthesia, a physician-owned and clinician-led anesthesia group, is seeking CRNAs to join our growing team within the Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare System in Olive Branch, MS. This role operates within an ACT (Anesthesia Care Team) model, offering supportive CRNA and Physician-only care team collaboration. The practice environment includes over 40,000 cases annually across more than 40 anesthetizing locations, including ORs, OB, and NORA (Cath Lab, GI). CRNAs practice to their full scope, performing regional anesthesia, arterial lines, and central lines. The position is located within the Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare System, which comprises five facilities within a 30-minute commute of each other. Olive Branch, MS, offers a blend of small-town charm and suburban convenience, with a strong sense of community, excellent schools, and proximity to Memphis, TN.

Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care within the full scope of practice, including regional anesthesia, arterial lines, and central lines.
Collaborate within an Anesthesia Care Team model with physicians and other CRNAs.
Administer anesthesia for a variety of cases including General, Cardiac, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, Plastics, Obstetrical, and NORA procedures.
Work across multiple anesthetizing locations, including ORs, OB, and NORA (Cath Lab, and GI).
