Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a full time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) to join their community-oriented anesthesia team in La Crosse, WI. This position offers autonomy with a physician-lead team approach, handling a large variety of case types including general, ENT, ortho, neuro, CV, OB, ancillary, out-patient, and limited hearts, caring for all age groups from neonates to geriatrics. The role includes a base salary plus separate call pay, with annual hours required for 1.0 FTE being 1664 hours per year. Call is every 10th weekend along with weekday call being 12 shifts per 20 weeks, a combination of in-house and 1st and 2nd calls from home.
