About The Position

Prairie Ridge Health is looking for a team member to join our Rehab Department and go above and beyond to deliver outstanding personalized care in the role of Occupational Therapist. This position is a 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) and will be responsible for providing direct patient care in a critical access hospital with some inpatient and primarily outpatient with a combination of direct access/referral-based settings within the Sun Prairie and Columbus locations. Requirements

  • Doctorate, master's degree or baccalaureate degree in Occupational Therapy from a fully accredited occupational therapy program.
  • Valid Occupational Therapy license in the State of Wisconsin.
  • CPR certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in clinical occupational therapy.
  • Experience working with UE injuries/post-operative protocols (shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand and finger).
  • Experience working with neurologic involvement.

Responsibilities
