About The Position

GPS Insight is seeking a Salesforce & HubSpot Systems Administrator to manage and optimize the core platforms that support their go-to-market engine. This role involves end-to-end management of Salesforce (CRM) and HubSpot (marketing automation), ensuring data integrity, reliable integrations, robust reporting, and smooth daily operations for sales, marketing, and customer success teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, comfortable working independently, and motivated by continuous system improvement to support a high-performing revenue team. This position is based in the Scottsdale, AZ office.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce and/or HubSpot in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong Salesforce expertise including reporting, dashboards, user management, and declarative automation (Flow Builder, workflow rules, approval processes)
  • Demonstrated experience with HubSpot marketing automation, including workflows, sequences, lead scoring, and campaign reporting
  • Proven experience managing a Salesforce–HubSpot integration, including sync configuration, troubleshooting, and field mapping
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas; data modeling experience is a plus)
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Highly process-oriented mindset with a track record of documenting, standardizing, and improving operational workflows
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Inbound Marketing, or Marketing Hub)
  • Experience with integration platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier, or native connectors)
  • Familiarity with additional GTM tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, LeanData, or similar
  • Interest in or exposure to AI-powered sales and marketing tools

Responsibilities

  • Salesforce CRM Administration: Support continuous improvement of Salesforce configuration (custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules), build and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views, manage user setup (roles, profiles, permission sets, security settings), drive data hygiene initiatives (deduplication, normalization, enrichment), support Salesforce questions, troubleshoot issues, train end users, and build/manage automation using Flow Builder, workflow rules, and process builder.
  • HubSpot Marketing Automation: Own HubSpot marketing automation configuration (properties, lifecycle stages, lead scoring models, campaign workflows), build and optimize email templates, nurture sequences, marketing workflows, and automated campaign triggers, partner with marketing on list building, audience segmentation, and campaign execution, own the HubSpot-to-Salesforce sync, and build/manage HubSpot reports and dashboards.
  • Integrations & Data Management: Own the end-to-end health of the Salesforce–HubSpot integration, support integrations with other GTM tools, establish and enforce data governance practices, and lead data imports, exports, and migrations.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to understand workflows and translate needs into system improvements, drive ad hoc reporting, analysis, and process improvement projects for the RevOps team, and stay current on Salesforce and HubSpot releases, features, and best practices.
  • Evaluate and roll out AI-powered tools and automations that improve team productivity.
