About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Support Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience who are interested in CRM systems, sales operations, and data management. You will support the day-to-day use of HubSpot CRM, assist users across different departments, maintain accurate CRM data, and help generate reports and dashboards for the sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in CRM support, sales operations, business support, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or any CRM platform is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.
  • Experience with reporting or dashboards is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to HubSpot CRM users.
  • Assist users with contacts, companies, deals, and basic CRM activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
  • Monitor data quality and follow up on missing or incorrect information.
  • Support the sales team in maintaining an updated sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and maintain CRM reports and dashboards.
  • Assist in testing new CRM features and process improvements.
  • Document CRM procedures and user guides.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to ensure smooth CRM operations.
  • Support lead management and basic CRM reporting activities.
