This role requires a data-driven thinker with strong organizational skills, a foundational understanding of CRM best practices, and the ability to balance personalization, performance, and speed-to-market. The ideal candidate will help drive CRM excellence by partnering closely with Marketing, eCommerce, Creative, Analytics, and external platform partners to deliver engaging, revenue-driving customer experiences throughout the lifecycle.
