About The Position

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and motivated CRM Specialist to support the development, execution, and optimization of customer lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, and other owned channels. This role requires a data-driven thinker with strong organizational skills, a foundational understanding of CRM best practices, and the ability to balance personalization, performance, and speed-to-market. The ideal candidate will help drive CRM excellence by partnering closely with Marketing, eCommerce, Creative, Analytics, and external platform partners to deliver engaging, revenue-driving customer experiences throughout the lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or digital marketing
  • Experience with Klaviyo and Attentive
  • Familiarity with email and SMS best practices and segmentation strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email editing (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in Shopify (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, loyalty, subscription, and printed campaigns
  • Assist in building and maintaining automated lifecycle flows (welcome, post-purchase, abandoned cart, winback, etc.)
  • Segment audiences based on behavioral, transactional, and engagement data
  • QA campaigns and flows to ensure accuracy in content, targeting, and tracking
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide reporting on KPIs, including open rate, click rate, conversion rate, revenue, and retention
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and eCommerce teams to align messaging with promotions and launches
  • Maintain CRM calendar and ensure timely deployment of campaigns
  • Support A/B testing initiatives to improve engagement and revenue performance
  • Monitor list health, deliverability, and data hygiene best practices
