The CRM Specialist is responsible for helping ensure the accuracy, consistency, and effective use of CRM data across the firm, supporting business development and marketing efforts and enabling reliable insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technology related field.
  • A minimum of two years’ hands on CRM experience, ideally within a professional services or similarly complex organization.
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a CRM data steward, preferably within a Microsoft Dynamics environment, with responsibility for data integrity and consistency.
  • Strong command of data management practices, including reporting, documentation, and user enablement, with the ability to translate data requirements into practical outcomes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative, cross‑functional team.
  • Clear, professional communicator, able to engage thoughtfully with lawyers, marketing and business development professionals, IT, and other stakeholders at varying levels.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with the confidence to contribute insights and recommendations related to CRM maintenance, enhancements, and data quality improvements.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications, coursework or training are a plus but not required, e.g., CRM, data visualization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage CRM data updates and change requests, including record creation, updates, deduplication, discrepancy resolution, and data standardization.
  • Provide day‑to-day support to CRM users, including troubleshooting issues and assisting with training needs.
  • Participate in testing and validation of new CRM features and configuration changes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants supporting the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the CRM platform.
  • Produce and distribute CRM data and usage reports to support business development and marketing activities.
  • Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and best‑practice resources.
  • Contribute to CRM initiatives and system integration projects.
