The Quality CRM Specialist is responsible for the management and continuous improvement of the Company’s client and supplier relationship management systems, ensuring prequalification data, certifications, and performance scorecards are current and aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards and company governance processes. The role supports both commercial acquisition and project execution phases, facilitating communication, compliance, and knowledge transfer across client and supplier interfaces.
