We’re looking for a CRM Sales Specialist to help maximize CRM performance across our dealership group. This role is focused on ensuring our stores are not just using the CRM, but fully leveraging its capabilities to drive stronger lead engagement, better follow-up, and more car deals. You’ll act as a bridge between the CRM’s tools and the people using them — identifying underutilized features, reinforcing best practices, and helping sales and BDC teams work smarter inside the system. This is a highly visible role that blends data, process, and coaching to create measurable sales impact. Travel is required. $50k-$75K/year
