About The Position

The CRM Specialist will work on email, SMS, and push programs for our various brands. This role will assist with strategy, creation, execution, and analysis of multi-channel, customer lifecycle programs. The CRM Specialist will support and execute digital marketing campaigns, work within CRM platforms, and develop data-driven programs that drive engagement and retention.

  • Working knowledge of HTML and email coding best practices.
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop expertise in CRM and marketing automation tools including Cheetah Digital, Stensul, Email on Acid, and AtData.
  • Commitment to stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end production of email, SMS, and push campaigns under tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy, including scheduling, setup, QA/testing, and deployment.
  • Build and manage audience segmentation and targeting to ensure accurate and effective campaign delivery.
  • Coordinate and maintain the marketing campaign calendar to ensure cross-functional alignment and timely launches.
  • Support list management processes, including imports/exports, segmentation, recurring job setup, and database hygiene.
  • Monitor deliverability and campaign health, proactively identifying and resolving errors, technical issues, or performance disruptions.
  • Troubleshoot campaign functionality issues and partner with IT or external vendors to implement solutions.
  • Manage and optimize complex customer journeys, identifying areas for testing, improvement, and automation enhancements.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, subscriber growth, and overall CRM health metrics.
  • Analyze messaging effectiveness and recommend optimizations to improve lifecycle communications and customer engagement.
  • Support initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve ROI across marketing and transactional email programs.
  • Identify testing opportunities to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Assist in developing marketing campaign concepts from ideation through execution, including copywriting, creative input, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, operations, IT, channel managers, and external partners to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Support the development of business materials, presentations, and proposals as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and data privacy standards.
