About The Position

IPSY is looking for a detail-driven CRM Marketing Specialist to support our resubscription and acquisition lifecycle programs. You'll work closely with the CRM team to execute multi-channel campaigns across email, push, and SMS — keeping programs running smoothly while contributing to some of our most ambitious initiatives yet. This is a hands-on execution role at a high-volume, fast-moving moment for the subscription business. This position reports to the CRM Associate Marketing Manager and can be fully remote from the 16 U.S. states where IPSY hires.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing
  • Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns (email, push, SMS)
  • Experience with an enterprise ESP (Iterable, Braze, SFMC, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of segmentation, targeting, and triggered journeys
  • Strong QA instincts and obsessive attention to detail
  • Comfortable pulling performance data and translating it into clear insights and next steps
  • A collaborative communicator who can work across teams without dropping balls

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Iterable
  • Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Movable Ink, Monday.com, or Asana
  • Background in subscription, winback, or new member acquisition
  • AI tools already in your day-to-day workflow
  • A genuine passion for beauty
  • E-commerce experience — especially in beauty

Responsibilities

  • Execute and schedule multi-channel campaign sends across email, push, and SMS
  • Support test ideation and contribute to ongoing optimization strategy
  • Write campaign briefs, partner with Creative on asset development, and own the approval process
  • Maintain campaign reporting and surface performance insights across sends and journeys
  • Handle campaign coordination and admin — keeping workflows, calendars, and stakeholders organized
  • Support major roadmap initiatives including new program launches, tool rollouts, and segmentation strategy
