The CRM & Sales Operations Analyst plays a key role in driving efficiency, optimizing processes, and providing data-driven support our organization’s growth. Responsibilities

  • Provide data-driven insights, reporting, and Salesforce platform support to improve sales processes, support management decision-making, and enhance the effectiveness of the sales organization.
  • Manage Salesforce users, licenses, and system maintenance. Provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data is clean and the system runs smoothly.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce and Tableau reports and dashboards to support pipeline visibility and forecasting. Provide data insights for decision making, and translate analysis into clear, intuitive presentations for management.
  • Improve Salesforce processes and support system integrations. Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and align with global standards. Develop training materials and guidance to support adoption of Salesforce features, reports, and dashboards, and provide ongoing user support and best practices.
  • Support lead management and marketing automation (capture, assignment, tracking). Monitor campaign performance and ensure data quality.
  • Generate customer and regional payment ratios using pivot tables, basic arithmetic and formulas (SUM, VLOOKUP, IF formulas) and by analyzing datasets and rate calculation models.
