About The Position

The CRM Marketing Coordinator supports CRM planning and execution across multiple business units and customer programs by trafficking campaigns, coordinating creative workflow, and ensuring high-quality execution from planning through deployment. This role serves as the operational and organizational connective tissue between CRM Strategy, CRM Operations, Creative, and business stakeholders. This is initially a fixed term contract through until 26th December 2026. This role is part of the Fanatics inhouse team, where you will be employed by DEPT® but embedded within Fanatics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, digital marketing, project coordination, e-commerce, retail marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience working with project management platforms, marketing calendars, and campaign workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and build collaborative relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with campaign data and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting end-to-end campaign trafficking across CRM programs, ensuring campaigns move smoothly from planning through deployment using project management and workflow tools.
  • Serve as the day-to-day liaison between CRM Strategy and CRM Operations teams, maintaining accurate campaign statuses (planned, in progress, ready to build, approved, deployed).
  • Input and maintain campaign IDs, metadata, and execution details within project management platforms.
  • Monitor daily campaign health and readiness across CRM channels, identifying stalled or at-risk campaigns and driving resolution.
  • Maintain and update CRM marketing calendars with current promotions, seasonal initiatives, historical performance references, and key business milestones.
  • Proof and QA email and SMS campaigns as a final quality-control layer, including content accuracy, creative continuity, audience targeting, suppressions, links, and promotional details.
  • Coordinate creative workflows and support adherence to established processes, help maintain standards, naming conventions, timelines, and approvals across internal teams and external agency partners.
  • Ensure creative assets adhere to established campaign naming taxonomy and organizational standards to support efficient development, deployment, and reporting.
  • Source, organize, and package creative assets, campaign details, and product information based on business priorities and promotional calendars.
  • Proactively identify creative gaps, dependencies, or risks and escalate issues early to protect timelines and campaign quality.
  • Supporting proofing and approvals to ensure content accuracy, creative consistency, and alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Maintain an organized archive of creative assets, campaign history, and performance references to support future campaign planning and optimization.
  • Compile and organize campaign performance data, reports, and spreadsheets to support CRM Strategy teams in evaluating results and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Assist with campaign documentation, project tracking, process improvements, and other operational initiatives that support efficient CRM execution.
  • Provide flexible support across the CRM team as business needs arise, helping ensure continuity, speed, and quality of execution.
  • Support ongoing process improvement efforts by identifying workflow efficiencies and opportunities to enhance campaign operations.
