As our CRM Manager (HubSpot), you will own and evolve the entire HubSpot ecosystem across ShareGate and Workleap. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will drive system architecture, data governance, and the reliability of our revenue tech stack while operationalizing scalable processes. Reporting to the Manager of Revenue Systems, you will act as the HubSpot authority—making key decisions, leading projects, and ensuring our CRM enables a fast-moving, AI-driven revenue organization. You will mentor two junior CRM administrators, set quality standards, and ensure strong execution while remaining deeply involved in the technical build. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Revenue Operations or Systems who is ready to take full ownership of a critical system while leading impactful projects.
