About The Position

The CRM Manager is responsible for leading the organization's customer relationship management strategy, processes, and platform administration. This role ensures CRM tools effectively support sales, demand generation, service, and operational objectives while driving data quality, user adoption, customer insights, and continuous process improvement. The CRM Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth. This role reports to the Sales Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms to support business processes, sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle management, and sales processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience defining business requirements, process improvements, and adoption strategies.
  • Knowledge of data governance, reporting, and business performance metrics.
  • Ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and drive user adoption across the organization.
  • Experience training and supporting users at all levels.
  • BA/BS in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Five or more years of experience in CRM management, sales operations, customer experience, or business process leadership.
  • Experience defining CRM strategy, business requirements, and process improvements that support organizational objectives.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platform preferred.
  • Background in manufacturing, distribution, or B2B environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the CRM strategy and roadmap to support business objectives.
  • Define and prioritize CRM capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
  • Establish data governance standards to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Partner with Sales, Demand Generation, Service, and Operations to improve customer experience.
  • Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Promote CRM adoption through training, support, and change management.
  • Monitor CRM effectiveness and business outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as the CRM business owner and advocate for customer-centric processes.
