The CRM customer lifecycle manager will help grow our customer engagement and acquisition through our owned channels (email, app engagement, referral, loyalty / promos, etc.) What you will do Responsible for defining life-cycle strategy and devising tactics in line with strategy Create customer journey flows and activate campaigns in MoEngage and follow-up with reporting, and communicating results to stakeholders Work with the creative team to plan asset delivery for campaigns Work with Data teams to help build out long-term reporting for CRM campaigns and experiments Build and execute experimentation pipeline, iterate and enshrine tests as appropriate
