About The Position

abra SAP Department is seeking an SAP CRM Implementer to join its SAP team. This is an opportunity for someone with hands-on information systems implementation experience, preferably involving CRM platforms, to develop expertise in SAP CRM implementation and business processes. The position is full-time and hybrid, based in the Central region of Israel.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in information systems implementation; mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field; mandatory.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems and/or basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Ability to learn independently, with curiosity and motivation to develop professionally in new technologies and business processes.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Experience or familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Oracle CX, or SAP CRM.

Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP CRM implementation, configuration, and maintenance projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Work with business users and stakeholders to understand business needs and processes.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, ongoing support, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with development, integration, QA, and other IT teams.
