Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Assist in audience segmentation and personalisation strategies for improved campaign relevance.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all communications.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Manage day-to-day CRM operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business goals.
  • Work with data and insights teams to refine targeting and improve user journey effectiveness.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance CRM innovation, automation, and testing processes.
