As the CRM Engagement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through Signet’s CRM team’s segmentation efforts via email and SMS. You’ll work closely with the CRM Director, other CRM Managers, and Analysts to drive the end-to-end execution of campaigns across all channels, advocating for business requirements and goals through execution and all technical and channel capabilities meet stated needs. In this role, you will verify execution feasibility during campaign strategy planning, providing channel insight to strategy and briefs given each campaign's intended audience, business goals, customer journey, etc. In alignment with Signet agencies, you will oversee the campaign execution process from start to finish, ensuring all channels are ready and available, owning campaign build, QA, and deployment. This involves configuring campaigns on the appropriate channels, e.g. Sailthru for email, and ensuring the proper execution of specific audience requirements, launch date/time, and other details listed in applicable briefs.
